Sports Performance Screen $55
Our Sports Performance screen provides baseline physical measurements, which is an excellent way to start or improve your program. Our screen includes a brief medical history, upper and lower body strength testing, core testing, body composition, resting heart rate and recovery. Based upon the testing, we will provide guidelines and tips to get started or improve your exercise program.
OFITS© Assessment $145
Our assessment includes a comprehensive history and evaluation, instruction on exercises and a customized home program worksheet. After the assessment each client is given proper instruction on the recommended exercises to do on their own at home. The client will be given a worksheet with pictures and tips on each exercise .
Unlimited Semi-Private Personal Training $99/month per person
(requires 3 month minimum)
Our most cost-effective training program is our semi-private training, where you receive the benefits of personalized attention at a great price. Semi-private personal training is a great way for you to get fit and healthy and stay motivated at a reduced rate! It includes a comprehensive assessement, unlimited training at scheduled times, testing every 3 months, and new customized programs every 3 months. All sessions are 30 minutes and customized to meet each individuals need.

One-on-one Training Program
The benefits of working with a personal trainer one-on-one include customized programs, motivation, goal setting, and accountability. Our personal trainers will help you achieve results safely and effectively through a combination of cardiovascular exercises, resistance training and flexibility exercises. This service is our most personalized of all the programs. All sessions are one-on-one with our instructors. Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes in length and you may choose 4,8 or 12 per month pre-paid visits . Quarterly program reviews, body composition assessments, and strength assessments are performed. A home program is also created to perform additional exercises at home.
Pre-paid monthly packages include 30 min/ or 60 min (visits must be completed within the month)
4 visits for $45/$72 per session
8 visits for $42/ $70 per session
12 vists for $40/ $68 per session.
Add our wednesday noon class and Tuesday evening (6:15 pm) class to your exercise program. This is a great way to start pilates in a fun and relaxed atmoshphere. We offer discounts for corporations seeking fitness programs for their employees. Contact Tom Jennings at 317-691-0102 for details.
We do also provide in-home training for clients. Fees are based on distance of travel to home. A one hour minimum is required for workouts.
To help clients stay on task and motivated, all sessions are pre-paid and must be completed by the end of the month. This method is a great way to keep individuals engaged in their exercise journey. If you need to cancel we require a 24 hour notice and that session must be re-scheduled within the month of purchased package. Automatic billing can be done monthly.
