O’Fit is the only medical fitness facility in Indianapolis. Owner, Tom Jennings, is a Certified Athletic Trainer with 20 years of experience with professional, Olympic, collegiate and amateur athletes. One of the most common excuses for not exercising are injuries. Tom’s Athletic Training background allows him to look at exercise from bio mechanical view,which helps to prevent injuries and accelerate recovery from injuries.
O’Fit offers customized programs that are designed to help prevent and recover from injuries, improve overall fitness, and maximize performance. Whether you are training for a triathlon, recovering from an injury or want to improve overall fitness we can tailor a program to fit your schedule. Each client starts with the OFITS© comprehensive assessment. The assessment will give the client a baseline on strength, flexibility, endurance, core strength and balance. Our services range from a home exercise program clients can do on their own to working with an exercise specialist 1-3x per week for 30 or 60 minutes.
